I love great gear.

In 2012 I moved into a motorhome, in 2014 a small sailboat, and later that year I sold nearly everything and started traveling full-time. Needless to say, I don't have many possessions left. The things that did make the cut, however, I really do enjoy. Each item makes my life better in some way, and I'll share some of those things with you here.

Minaal Backpack

My only bag for six months and eight countries in 2015. And it's a carry-on.

Kershaw Folding Knife

This thing has seen some shit. Perfect for one-handed opening in a pinch.

Quip Toothbrush

Yes, I realize it's weird to love a toothbrush. But dammit, I do.

Gillette Beard Trimmer

I've tried and hated so many of these -- finding this was a great victory for me.

Macbook Air

It's survived nearly 5 years, and a waist-height drop onto a tile floor. Worthy.

OnePlus One Phone

It somehow still works after way too many drops and just enough salt air.
